The program seeks individuals from various sectors—including civil society, diplomacy, religion, politics, and social entrepreneurship—who have demonstrated leadership and a commitment to building peace in divided communities.

📚 Program Overview

Hosted by the International Leadership Center (ILC) at Yale University, the fellowship supports mid-career professionals facing global challenges like political division, disinformation, and climate-driven conflict. It offers a space to reflect, build skills, and connect with international experts and peers.
