Job Description
Are you a female leader passionate about driving change in social leadership, sustainability, or global partnerships? The WILD Fellowship Program 2025 is now accepting applications from early- to mid-career female leaders. This comprehensive online program, organized by the WILD Network, is designed to empower women to transform their careers and advance into senior leadership roles.
While women have made progress in the professional world, barriers to leadership positions remain. The WILD Fellowship Program addresses this challenge by equipping talented women with the resources, tools, and mentorship needed to achieve impactful leadership roles.
The program will select 15 outstanding female professionals and provide them with access to leadership development opportunities, personalized coaching, participation in the Women’s Global Leadership Forum, and platforms for public speaking engagements.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be an early- to mid-career female professional with 3–10 years of experience in global development
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to leadership and professional growth
- Have a proven interest in one or more of the following focus areas:
- Social Leadership: Addressing poverty, health equity, education, and gender equality
- Environmental Sustainability: Tackling climate action and resource management
- Economic Innovation: Promoting economic growth, infrastructure development, and decent work opportunities
- Global Partnerships: Advancing collaboration and strategic initiatives
Required Documents and Selection Criteria
Applications will be evaluated based on the following materials:
- Completed Application Form: Accessible through the WILD Network’s official platform.
- Personal Statement: (Maximum 500 words) detailing:
- Your professional journey and aspirations
- Your commitment to leadership growth
- Your interest in one or more of the program’s focus areas
- How the fellowship aligns with your goals
- Resume/CV: Highlighting your professional achievements and experiences.
- Recommendation Letter: Providing insight into your leadership potential and suitability for the program.
How to Apply?
- Complete the online application form by February 16, 2025.
- If interested in both the fellowship and scholarship, apply for the fellowship first. Non-selected applicants will be automatically considered for the scholarship pool.
