The Z Zurich Foundation is offering an incredible opportunity for 25 young leaders committed to making a difference in mental well-being, climate resilience, or social equity. This fully funded scholarship grants access to the One Young World Summit 2025, taking place from November 3 to 6, 2025, in Munich, Germany.

If you’re passionate about driving impactful change in your community, this is your chance to connect, collaborate, and lead on a global stage.

Focus Areas

This scholarship supports young innovators working on:

✔ Climate Resilience – Projects that help communities adapt to climate change and strengthen resilience.
✔ Mental Well-being – Initiatives promoting youth mental health and preventing mental health challenges.
✔ Social Equity – Programs that break barriers in education, employment, and entrepreneurship while equipping young people with essential skills.

Scholarship Benefits

Successful applicants will receive:

Full access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich
Exclusive Z Zurich Foundation programming, including networking and leadership development sessions
Hotel accommodation in Munich (November 1-6, 2025)
Return air travel (economy class)

Who Can Apply?

You are eligible if you:

Are aged 18 to 30 at the time of the Summit (exceptional candidates over 30 may also be considered).
Have a strong passion for social impact and a track record of driving change.
Are open to collaborating with global leaders and participants from Zurich Insurance Group.
Have demonstrated impact in at least one of the focus areas:
    ✔ Mental Well-being
    ✔ Social Equity
    ✔ Climate Adaptation
