Applicants must submit the following documents in German or English as PDF scans (maximum 5MB per document category):

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Maximum of two pages.

  2. Identification Document – Passport or ID; non-EU applicants must include visa or residence permit.

  3. University Admission/Enrollment Certificate – If unavailable at the time of application, it must be submitted before the scholarship begins.

  4. Diploma/Degree Certificate:

  • High school diploma (for bachelor’s applicants).
  • Bachelor’s certificate (for master’s applicants).
  • Interim transcripts if the final diploma is pending.
