The Azerbaijan International Development Agency (AIDA) is the official body responsible for delivering Azerbaijan’s international humanitarian and development assistance. Established on September 14, 2011, under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, AIDA coordinates the country’s aid efforts across various sectors, including poverty reduction, health, education, science, culture, and information-communication technologies. ​

AIDA provides humanitarian and technical assistance to countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Notable initiatives include disaster relief in Pakistan, support for Gaza through UNRWA, and assistance in building e-government infrastructure in Afghanistan.
