Pernod Ricard, in collaboration with One Young World, is offering The WE Award 2025 to recognize and support five young leaders who are actively working to combat loneliness and promote social connection. This initiative marks Pernod Ricard’s 50th anniversary and aims to highlight individuals who are fostering inclusive communities and mental well-being.

Winners of this award will receive a fully funded opportunity to attend the One Young World Summit 2025, which will take place in Munich, Germany, from November 2 to November 6, 2025. In addition, they will be invited to an exclusive pre-event hosted by the Pernod Ricard Foundation on November 3, 2025.

The award seeks to support young leaders who are:

✔ Creating community spaces, services, or networks that encourage human interaction.
✔ Developing responsible social environments and mental well-being initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for The WE Award 2025, applicants must:

✔ Have a proven impact in at least one of the following areas:
