The Graduate Scholarship Program at Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) is currently accepting applications for the August 2025 intake. This scholarship is fully funded and open to international students with excellent academic and extracurricular records. The program is available for master’s and doctoral degree programs at SIIT.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be from a country other than Thailand.
• Applicants must be able to continue their master’s or doctoral studies at SIIT.
• To be admitted to the master’s program, students must have a CGPA of at least 2.75 in their bachelor’s degree.
• For Ph.D. applicants, a CGPA of 3.50 in the previous Master’s degree is required.
• The applicant must be fluent in English and provide proof of proficiency (TOEFL (PBT 400+, or IBT 32+), IELTS 4.5+).
• The applicant must have a strong academic record and have graduated in the top 20% of their class.
• Applicants should be in good health and have a clean record.
• Those who have received other grants or scholarships are not eligible to apply.

• Statement of Purpose (at least one page)
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
• Official Transcripts (Bachelor’s and Master’s)
• Citizen ID card or Passport
• Research Paper, Publication, or Certificates (if applicable)
• Recent Photograph (1 x 1.5 inches in JPEG format)
