Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be enrolled at Universität Hamburg (at least 2 semesters; Master’s and doctoral students can apply after 1 semester)
- Be a non-German citizen
- Not be eligible for the German student loan program (BAföG)
- Show strong academic performance
- Be actively involved in social or intercultural activities
