The Master Mind Scholarship for the 2025-2026 academic year in Belgium offers an exceptional opportunity for outstanding international students to pursue a master’s degree at Flemish universities in Flanders and Brussels. Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the scholarship, candidates must meet these requirements:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0
  • Strong English proficiency (IELTS: 7.0, TOEFL: 94, or Cambridge CAE: C1 level)
  • Applicants must not be currently enrolled in a Flemish higher education institution (some exceptions apply)
  • Cannot be enrolled in preparatory, bridging, or distance learning programs
  • Cannot hold another Flemish government or Erasmus Mundus scholarship
  • Applicants must have obtained their previous degree from an institution outside of Flanders
