Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the King Abdulaziz University Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Age Limit: Applicants must be under 30 years of age for Master’s programs and under 25 years for Ph.D. programs.
• Educational Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, with a minimum of “very good” standing.
• English Proficiency: Applicants whose first language is not English must provide results from an approved English language test with the following minimum scores:
  • IELTS: 5.0
  • TOEFL (PBT): 500
  • TOEFL (CBT): 173
  • TOEFL (IBT): 61
• Medical Fitness: Applicants must be medically fit and have a history of good behavior.
• No Previous Dismissal: Applicants must not have been dismissed from a university.
• Female Applicants: A family member who resides within the country must accompany female students.
