Khazar University in Azerbaijan is offering Merit-Based Scholarships for international students who wish to pursue undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral degrees. These scholarships serve as academic awards for outstanding students from around the world for the academic year 2025–2026. Applicants do not need to submit a separate scholarship application; eligibility will be determined by the university and included in the Offer of Admission.

The scholarship is granted for one year initially. However, it may be extended for an additional year based on the student’s academic performance. A review panel at Khazar University will evaluate the student’s progress to determine eligibility for renewal.
