Job Description
The InteRussia Fellowship invites non-Russian specialists in international relations, political science, and regional studies to participate in its fully funded 2025 spring program. Hosted by MGIMO University in collaboration with the Gorchakov Fund, this six-week fellowship provides a unique academic and policy-making experience in Russia.
Program Highlights:

Participants will delve into the history, theory, and practice of international relations, gain firsthand insight into Russian policies, and engage with leading experts from universities, think tanks, and NGOs. The fellowship culminates in a research project (15,000–25,000 characters) aligned with the program theme.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Non-Russian nationals aged 25–39
- Reside permanently outside Russia
- English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher)
- Ph.D. holders, Ph.D. candidates, or researchers with 3+ years of experience
- No prior affiliation with MGIMO
- Submission of a relevant research proposal
Required Documents:
- Research proposal aligned with the theme
- Academic CV
- 2–3 recommendation letters
- Proof of English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher)
- Academic publications/research activities
- Completed application form via the Gorchakov Fund website
