Applications are open for the 24-Month Young Professionals Programme 2025 at the Islamic World Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) in Rabat, Morocco. Beginning on December 24, 2024, this second edition of the program offers young talents from ICESCO Member States the chance to gain professional training and leadership skills in education, science, and culture.

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, which trained 13 participants from 10 countries, this program combines theoretical and practical learning in an international work environment, empowering participants to become future leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Citizenship: Be a citizen of one of ICESCO’s Member States
2. Age: Be under 35 years old as of December 24, 2024
3. Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, science, culture, or related fields
4. Language Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in at least one of ICESCO’s working languages (Arabic, English, or French); fluency in two or more languages is an advantage

Required Documents

Applicants must submit:

1. A completed application form (available online at ICESCO’s website)
2. An updated CV in one of ICESCO’s working languages
3. Copies of academic diplomas (minimum Bachelor’s degree)
4. A copy of their identity card or passport
5. A copy of their birth certificate

Selection Process

1. Applications will be reviewed, and candidates will be selected by the Director-General.
2. Successful candidates will sign a 24-month contract with ICESCO.
3. For non-resident professionals, ICESCO will facilitate relocation to Rabat, Morocco.
4. Participants are required to work onsite at ICESCO headquarters throughout the program duration.
