Eligibility Criteria
The FoodTech Innovation Awards welcomes participation from the following groups worldwide:

Restrictions:
- There is no limit to the number of entries submitted by an organization.
- Submissions must align with the event theme of Digital Transformation and the global digital economy.
- Entries containing abusive, defamatory, or false content will be immediately disqualified.
Selection Process and Criteria
The evaluation process consists of two main phases:
- Phase 1: Regulation Compliance and Pre-Selection
- The Evaluation Committee reviews entries to ensure compliance with the criteria.
- Three candidates per category are shortlisted.
- Pre-selected candidates will be notified via email.
- Additional information may be requested, and entries can be re-categorized if necessary.
- Phase 2: Winner Selection
- The committee evaluates the pre-selected candidates to determine category winners.
- Winners will be announced during the award ceremony on May 14, 2025, in Bilbao.
- Pre-selected finalists will be notified starting April 14, 2025.
- The committee’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
- Categories may remain vacant if no suitable candidates are identified.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Innovation: Degree of originality and creativity in the proposal.
- Leadership: Demonstrated impact and influence on the food-tech sector.
- Disruption: The extent to which the solution challenges traditional norms.
- Strategy: Clarity and effectiveness of implementation plans.
- Execution: Evidence of successful application or measurable outcomes.
