Job Description

Applications are now open for the 1-year track of the Economic Policies for the Global Bifurcation (EPOG-JM) Master’s Program. This is a unique Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s program in Economics, supported by the European Union and designed to explore global transitions in economics — including digital, ecological, and social aspects.

The program is delivered by a strong international consortium, including Sorbonne Université, Université de Technologie de Compiègne, and CNAM, along with over 40 academic and professional partners across the globe.

Please note: The application for the 2-year Erasmus Mundus-funded track is now closed. Only the 1-year program (second-year entry) is available for 2025.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

  • Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent 4-year degree (240 ECTS)

  • Have a background in Economics or a related field, with:

    • At least 32 ECTS in Economics

    • 12–16 ECTS in Statistics or Econometrics (based on chosen major)

  • Demonstrate a strong C1 level in English (see accepted test scores below)

  • Submit a clear statement of motivation

  • Be graduating by July 31, 2025 (conditional admission is allowed)


English Language Requirements

  • TOEFL iBT: 87+

  • IELTS (Academic): 6.5+

  • Cambridge (CAE/CPE): Grade B or above

  • CEFR: Minimum B2 (C1 preferred)

  • GRE (as proof):

    • Verbal: 450

    • Analytical: 4.1

    • Quantitative: 650

French, Italian, or German proficiency is optional.


Funding and Support

While the 1-year program is not Erasmus Mundus-funded, students may apply for additional financial support, including:

  • SFRI mobility grants (via Sorbonne University Alliance)
